How to Reach LendUp

LendUp LLC
Email: [email protected]
Mailing address: 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901 United States
LendUp communicates only by email - we do not provide phone support. If someone calls you claiming to be from LendUp, it is not legitimate. See our security page for why all communications are handled by email.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. LendUp does not provide loan servicing, payment support, or account access - if your question is about a specific loan, contact the lender directly.

What LendUp Can and Cannot Help With

Contact LendUp for:

  • How the site and matching process work
  • Content accuracy questions or corrections
  • Privacy rights requests (know, delete, correct, opt out, limit use) - see Privacy Policy
  • Security concerns or suspicious communications claiming to be from LendUp
  • General questions about the site, revenue model, or lender selection

Contact the lender directly for:

  • Loan terms, rates, or fees - LendUp does not set these
  • Payment questions, missed payments, or due dates - LendUp does not collect payments
  • Account access or servicing - LendUp does not have access to your loan account
  • Changing or canceling a loan - only the lender can do this
  • Stopping lender or partner communications - follow their opt-out instructions; LendUp cannot stop third-party outreach on your behalf

If you're not sure who your lender is, check the loan agreement or the communication you received after being matched.

If You Have a Problem With a Lender

Contact the lender first. If that doesn't resolve it:

If You Had a Loan With the Former LendUp Loans LLC

LendUp LLC is a separate company with no relationship to the former LendUp Loans LLC. We cannot access former customer accounts, loan records, or payment history. Old login credentials will not work on this site.

In 2024, the CFPB announced a restitution distribution of nearly $40 million to consumers harmed by the former lender. If you think you were affected, review the CFPB's distribution page or contact the distribution administrator. For other questions, contact the CFPB or your state's financial regulator.
